How do I receive samples?

Tell us which finishes and fabrics you're considering and we send them to your studio.

Which 3D formats do you provide?

GLB and USDZ files for our models, plus high-resolution images and technical sheets with dimensioned drawings.

How are designer terms defined?

At your first request, on the project. They are held with the studio and applied to project-specific quotations.

Do you make bespoke sizes or finishes?

Yes, on request, with a clear answer on feasibility, cost and lead time.

Can I reorder the same pieces later?

Yes. We keep our models in production, so the same model in the same finish can be reordered for years to come.
