Is there a minimum order?
No. We work on projects of any size, from a few stools for a bar to a full hotel.
Can I receive a chair before confirming the project?
Yes, and we recommend it. Tell us which model you're considering and we'll arrange a trial chair so you can see it in your room and sit on it.
How are professional terms defined?
On the project: quantities, models, finishes and timing. There is no public price list for professionals; you receive a quotation with the terms that apply to your order.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere. Delivery costs are quantified with your quotation.
What happens if a piece arrives damaged?
We take care of it. Let us know and we send a replacement at our expense.
