The delivery window is built backwards from your date. Smaller fit-outs are generally completed within a month, larger projects within two to three. The date is confirmed when you place the order.

Projects are decided sitting down, not on a screen. Tell us which model you are considering and we send you a trial chair: put it in the room while the fit-out is finishing, sit on it, let the chef and your partners sit on it, see how the oak looks in your light and next to your floor.

Keep it as long as you need to decide. When you are sure, confirm the order and the delivery date is set from that moment. There is no minimum, so you can start from one piece and grow the room from there.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We work on projects of any size, from a small bakery to a large restaurant.

Can we receive one chair before committing to the full project?

Yes, and we recommend it. See how it looks in your space and how it feels to sit on, then confirm the full order with confidence.

Can I reorder the same chairs later?

Yes. We keep our models in production and your order on file, so you can reorder the same chair in the same finish for years to come.

How long does it take?

Around one month for smaller supplies, two to three months for larger projects. The date is confirmed when you place the order.

Can you match a specific finish or colour?

We work with six oak finishes and a range of fabrics. For specific requirements, including your own material, we tell you what is possible, at what cost and in what time.

Do chairs arrive assembled?

Chairs and stools arrive fully assembled, ready to place in the room.

What happens if a piece arrives damaged?

We take care of it. Let us know and we will send a replacement at our expense.

Can we see the finishes before ordering?

Yes. We send finish samples, and you are welcome in our showroom in Varese, Italy.

Where do you deliver?
