Is there a minimum order?
No. We work on projects of any size, from a small bakery to a large restaurant.
Can we order one chair before committing to the full project?
Yes, and we recommend it. Order a single chair, see how it looks in your space and how it feels to sit on, then confirm the full order with confidence.
Can I reorder the same chairs later?
Yes. Our models stay in production, so you can order the same chair in the same finish years after your first order.
Can you match a specific finish or colour?
Sometimes, yes. We work with six oak finishes, and for larger projects we can look at your requirements together and tell you what is possible.
Do chairs arrive assembled?
Chairs and stools arrive fully assembled, ready to place in the room. Tables are shipped with the top and legs separate, and are quick to put together on site.
What happens if a piece arrives damaged?
We take care of it. Let us know and we will send a replacement at our expense.
Can we see the finishes before ordering?
Yes. We can send finish samples, and you are welcome to visit our showroom in Varese, Italy.
