Refund policy
This Return Policy governs the terms and conditions for the return of products purchased on the website www.ramo2.it, managed by Ramo 2 S.r.l. By submitting a return request, the customer fully accepts the provisions set out herein.
1. Right of Return Period
The customer is entitled to return one or more products within a mandatory period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery. After this period, the right to return will no longer be exercisable.
2. Conditions for Returning Goods
To be eligible for a return, the goods must meet the following conditions:
- The items must be intact and in the same condition as delivered, free from signs of scratches and damages;
- The items must be accompanied by their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation provided with the product.
Ramo 2 S.r.l. reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these conditions or that is in violation of the applicable terms.
3. Eligible Products for Return
All products purchased on www.ramo2.it are eligible for return, without exception. The only exclusion applies to items that have been personalized at the customer's request, for which the right to return is not applicable.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The shipping costs for returning a product shall be borne entirely by the customer, unless otherwise specified in the case of defective or damaged products (see art. 7). Ramo 2 S.r.l. will arrange the return shipment on behalf of the customer, and the corresponding cost will be deducted from the total refund.
5. Return Procedure
To initiate the return process, the customer must:
- Send a return request via email to contact@ramo2.it, specifying the order number and the reason for the return.
- Upon receipt of the request, Ramo 2 S.r.l. will provide the customer with all necessary instructions to complete the return, including coordination of product collection by the designated courier.
6. Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product’s compliance with the conditions set forth in art. 2, Ramo 2 S.r.l. will process the refund within a maximum of 5 (five) business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method employed by the customer for the original purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
7. Return of Defective or Damaged Products
If the customer receives a defective or damaged product, they are entitled to request a replacement or refund within 30 (thirty) days of delivery. In such cases, Ramo 2 S.r.l. will bear all shipping costs for the return of the product. The customer must contact the company following the procedure outlined in art. 5.
8. Product Exchange
The customer has the right to request an exchange of the purchased product for another item, provided the conditions set forth in art. 2 are met. Ramo 2 S.r.l. reserves the right to charge shipping costs for product exchanges, except in cases of defects or damage, as described in art. 7.
9. Territorial Applicability
This Return Policy applies to all orders placed in countries where Ramo 2 S.r.l. ships products, without territorial limitation. For specific details regarding international or non-EU shipments, customers are invited to contact customer service.
